Terms of use of Bonus points
These Terms of Use of Bonus Points (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are an integral part of the Loyalty Program of the Limited Liability Company LTD NORD COFFEE COMPANY, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", and determine the procedure for accrual and use of Bonus Points on the Seller's Platform.
The Buyer joins these Terms by joining the Seller's Loyalty Program.
1. Terms and definitions
All capitalized terms used in this agreement have the following meanings:
"Platform" is a software segment designed for remote trading of food products, cooked dishes, beverages and other similar and auxiliary goods in the Internet information and telecommunications network, located at:

The "owner of the Platform" is Back to the Future LLC (TIN: 7839494297, OGRN: 1147847127757), which grants the Seller the right to use the Platform under a simple (non-exclusive) license, in accordance with a separately concluded agreement.
"Bonus points" is a virtual conditional unit that provides the Buyer with the opportunity to use it to receive incentives, including in the cases described in the Terms and Conditions – when purchasing Goods. Bonuses are not expressed in cash and do not grant the right to receive them in monetary terms.
A "promotion" is a marketing incentive event, the terms of which give the Buyer the right to receive incentives, including in the form of Bonus Points. The terms of each Promotion are individual and are posted on the Platform and/or in your Personal Account.
"Commodity" means food products, dishes, beverages, and other similar and auxiliary goods, as well as related services, including delivery services.
"Loyalty Program" is a set of conditions that determine the participation of Buyers in the Seller's loyalty program.
"Personal Account" is a personal page of a registered Buyer on the Platform, designed to use the functionality of the Platform.
2. General provisions on Bonus Points
2.1. Bonus points may be provided to the Buyer as rewards within the framework of the Seller's promotions, loyalty programs, as well as in other cases at the discretion of the Seller (for example, in order to maintain the Buyer's loyalty to the Platform).
2.2. Each Customer has a point account. Information about it is available in the Buyer's Personal Account.
2.3. Unless expressly provided otherwise, upon purchase of the Product through the Platform, the Buyer can apply Bonus Points to receive a discount on the cost of the Product at the rate of 1 Point = a discount of 1 Lari.
2.4. The number of Points available for each purchased Product is fixed and calculated automatically based on the total number of Points available, including taking into account the restrictions set forth in these Terms. The Buyer does not have the opportunity to choose a different number of Points used to receive a discount on the Product at his discretion, he can either use (debit) Bonus Points or refuse to use them (debit).
2.5. The following restrictions apply to the deduction of Points:
2.5.1. Bonus points can be used by the Buyer to receive discounts up to None of the cost of the product, while the minimum amount that the Buyer will have to pay for each Product is 1 lari.
2.5.2. The terms of marketing promotions may provide for other restrictions on the deduction of Points received by Customers within the framework of these promotions. The Seller notifies the Buyer of such restrictions by publishing information on the Platform and/or in his Personal Account, or by e-mail using the contact information provided by the Buyer.
2.6. Bonus points cannot be used to receive discounts on certain categories of goods (works, services, property rights) if such restrictions are set by the Seller as part of the promotions.
2.7. Bonus points awarded unlawfully or erroneously are subject to deduction.
3. The procedure for canceling Points
3.1. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's Bonus Points without prior notice if the Seller has grounds to qualify the Buyer's actions as an abuse of right, or if the illegality of receiving Bonus Points as a result of fraudulent or other illegal actions on the part of the Buyer is revealed.
3.2. If the Product order has been cancelled for any reason after Bonus Points have been awarded, the Bonus Points awarded for the cancelled order will be deducted from the Buyer's point account.
3.3. In case of return of a defective Product, Bonus Points are credited to the Buyer's point account in the amount that was previously used when paying for the corresponding Product.
3.4. Bonus points credited by the Seller to the Buyer's point account as an incentive to make purchases during the time period determined by the Seller and not used by the Buyer during the specified time period are subject to debit.
3.5. Bonus points may be deducted from the Buyer's bonus account if the Buyer has not used the specified points for three or more weeks ("burning" of bonus points).
4. Other conditions
4.1. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing them on the Platform and/or in his Personal Account. The Buyer has the right to review the current version of the Terms and Conditions.
4.2. The Buyer's performance of actions aimed at accepting these terms, receiving Bonus Points, participating in the Seller's promotions, and using Bonus Points on the Platform and/or in his Personal Account are confirmation of the Buyer's proper familiarization and agreement with these terms.
4.3. All notifications, messages and other information provided for in these terms and conditions are sent to the Buyer on the Platform and/or in the Personal Account, or by e-mail using the contact information provided by the Buyer.
